Virtual workshops for Corporate Wellness Classes. These workshops are a great way to improve workplace morale, increase productivity and can be a welcome break in a busy work day. Some workshops I can do: Yoga or fitness classes - How to make time for and be consistent with movement you enjoy. Workouts can be done in this workshop too. Yoga can reduce stress, anxiety, depression, increase energy, improve focus, and memory, improve posture, and improve overall health. Self Care - How to make self-care a part of your day with suggestions for your mental, emotional, and physical health. Guided Group Meditations - Take a rest and reset in the day. This is a great way to relax, refresh, and take a mental health break. Mindset - Mindset coaching" for your team or employees refers to a practice where leaders actively guide and support individuals to identify and shift limiting beliefs, cultivate a growth mindset, and ultimately improve their performance and overall well-being by focusing on their mental attitude and approach to work, often through regular coaching sessions that encourage self-reflection, goal setting, and positive thinking. Goal + Time Management - We can quickly become overwhelmed with our goals and priorities in our personal and professional lives.
